You are cordially invited to submit your papers for presentation consideration at VSLP-2018 that will take place on 30-31 October 2018 in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Interested authors are invited to submit their papers and proposals for different types of communication, only in PDF file format:

  • Academic and Policy Papers: please select one of the proposed topics
  • Round Table Discussion Proposals
  • Practitioner Case Studies

Early submission is highly encouraged and decision is made as soon as the peer-review process is completed. No submission fee is required.

The scientific and organizing committees welcome submissions in all areas of leadership and public policy. Contributions on various topics related to leadership, public policy and their interfaces are highly encouraged in the scope of VSLP-2018. The topics of the conference are (but not limited to):

The Conference program will include paper presentations, roundtable discussions and case study demonstrations, along with prominent keynote speakers, academics and professionals from leading universities, research institutions, policymakers, entrepreneurs and practitioners.

All submitted papers will be reviewed by the scientific committee based on the criteria of originality, significance, quality and clarity. High-quality submissions could be invited for submissions to Special Issues of Associated Journals.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES 

A paper refers to a fully developed manuscript on a scholarly topic.

  1. At the time of submission, submitted papers must not have been published or accepted for publication.
  2. If a paper is under review, it must NOT appear in print before the VSLP meeting, October, 30-31, 2018.

If needed, the following format could be used:

  • The entire paper submission (title page in Title Case, abstract, main text, figures, graphs, tables, references, etc.) must be in PDF file.
  • The maximum length of the paper is not imposed, but preferably not exceeding 30 pages (including title page and all figures, graphs, tables, appendices, and references).
  • Figures, graphs, tables, appendices and references should follow the American Psychological Association style.
  • Use Times New Roman 12-point font, double spaced, 1-inch (2.5 cm) margin all around, and 8.5" × 11" page setting. References may be single spaced.
  • To facilitate the blind review process, REMOVE ALL AUTHOR-IDENTIFYING INFORMATION, including acknowledgements, from the uploaded document as this is the document reviewers will be reading. (Note: You will still include ALL authors associated with your submission during the submission process, but not on your paper. The author information provided will appear in the printed and online Program.)
