The deadline for registration is September 30, 2018. The fee includes conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch buffets, and the gala dinner.

The accompanying person fee: €150 (this fee is intended for a person who wants to accompany a participant to the conference's gala dinner, but who will NOT be participating in the scientific program).

The observer fee: €100 (this fee is dedicated to those who wish to participate in the conference, and profit from the discussion and insights of the policy forum and presentation of our distinguished keynote speakers

PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES

By Credit Cards: You will automatically get a ticket which will allow you to attend the conference and its activities. The ticket also serves as a confirmation of your registration.

By Bank Transfer: You can take the option "Reservation" during the procedure instead of paying by credit card. The registration will be be finalized and confirmed once we receive your payment. The bank details are given during the online registration process. Please indicate "VSLP2018-YOURNAME" as reference and send proof of bank transfer to Ms. Thuy Nguyen at (conferences@a-vse.org). Bank charges have to be paid at your expense.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

To register with the conference, please click ONLINE REGISTRATION, and then proceed to pay the appropriate registration fee either by Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

50% of the conference fee will be charged to all registered individuals who withdraw prior to the registration deadline (30 September 2018). No refunds are available on or after that date.
